Hi,
Some urgent help here please. I submitted a Tmobile Wing for instant unlocking but this service does not seems instant at all. I am waiting now for about 1/2 hour and it still on server saying pending.
My ticket number is 12830242 IMEI number 352862017447530.

My customer is paying for instant service. I would realy like to provide such and not cancel.

Hello, sometimes can take bit longer, just wait a while and should be ready soon.

Realy then why put it as instant. Its now 1 hour and the status is still saying pending.

I taught instant means right now.
