HTC Touch 2 Supported for unlock by IMEI

Hi, i have some HTC Touch 2 locked on Orange RO.

Is this model supported ? Haven't seen it on the list.

If so , what's the procedure.

Add one to HTC Other Model -> Unlock by IMEI and we can see.

So is the HTC Touch 2 locked on Orange RO unlockable or not?
I have just tried to unlock one by imei on ebay and they refunded the money saying the phone is not in the database.
Please reply , my client is waiting.
