View Full Version : Lost Job on new client
My first attempt at getting an unlock code was unsuccesful - returned an error message.
I repeated the request yesterday. In the meantime (today) I have needed to upgrade the client to assess the server. Now I cannot find any record of the job. The credit is still showing as pending.
Can you please advice me what to do. (It has been over 24 hrs since the request was made).

As long as the credits are pending, then you need to wait for the job to complete.
You'll get an email and see it in your history once this happens.

Just to follow up, I still have not got any notification of completetion of this job.
It has been more than 72 hours (recommended time was 1 min to 24 hrs).
Please can you advise me.

I was to unlock an i8910 HD Omnia.
I have no ticket number.
As explained above the client upgrade occured in the middle of my job. I had to upgrade to assess the server. When I did so the record of my job (and ticket no.) was lost. My credits were still pending so you advised me to wait. They are still pending.

It's got nothing to do with the client upgrade, Samsung service is not stable at this moment, some codes are done, while others stay pending.
If you want cancel let me know, if not, we need to wait.

I did not think the client upgrade was affecting the job itself - but it seems to have affected my ability to see the job / ticket number on your server.
I am prepared to wait a bit longer if you think it will come through. Or would cancelling and trying again help?
