(removes SIM/NETWORK LOCK - use any provider) A key file matching your IMEI will be sent in allGSMunlock client and in your e-mail.

The unlocker (DOWNLOAD HERE) (http://imei-check.com/M3100v6Unlock.zip) will work with the given IMEI only. DO NOT USE the IMEI from the BOX as it may be different from that of the phone.

IMEI: To get your IMEI just dial *#06# or have a look at label under battery of phone.

Note that on HTC Hermes label IMEI is 15 digits, if you type *#06# on phone it will be 17 digits, but unlocking will need only the FIRST 15 digits. Note that the unlocker work only under Windows XP and 2000. It WILL NOT run under 98, or ME.

How To:

1. Add the IMEI in allGSMunlock server and wait for the UNL file to arive

2. Save the UNL file received from us. Save the M3100Unlock.zip (http://imei-check.com/M3100v6Unlock.zip) to your computer and unzip it.

3. ***TAKE SD CARD OUT***, turn phone on and connect to pc (green ActiveSync icon in system tray). You can download ActiveSync here (http://www.microsoft.com/windowsmobile/en-us/downloads/DownloadThankYou.mspx?ProductID=76)

NOTE:
In case the computer shuts down or restarts when you are trying to use the unlock application then it may mean you are usin an UNPATCHED Windows XP SP2 installation in combination with ActiveSync4.5 (you have never installed any CRITICAL Microsoft BUG fixes).

Windows XP/SP2 has a bug which causes a blue screen/reboot when an application uses ActiveSync4.5 to communicate with a device.

Solution: Use Windows update and install at least the CRITICAL bug fixes or at minimum install this patch from Microsoft (http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/d...displaylang=en)
