Hi NOT IN DATABASE problem

HI,

I've been having a hard time using ur service because most of the time i get NOT IN DATABASE for some phones, do you guys have people working 24/7 or is everything automated?

I've been trying to get unlocks for Nokias in the past and i get all NOT IN DATABASE,

then i tried getting unlock code for Motorola w490, i waited 2 days, still NOT IN DATABASE, i tried another source that charges the same amount, and i got back code for Motorola in less than 2 mins....

Why are we having a lot of NOT IN DATABASE,

I really like the convenience of the Client because i have credits in my account and i just pick which phone i want to unlock, but with the response that is coming back is " NOT IN DATABASE", it's really not nice to me and the customers...because i tell them wait couple days, and then still no codes....

I'm not complaining or anything, I've gotten codes in the past...i like your service...i'll keep on using it... but i think you guys need to revise all those NOT IN DATABASE.

What operator for nokia, what operator for Motorola?
Submit Motorola by IMEI not by operator.

My Nokia operator and the most common ones T-Mobile USA and At&T USA.

Motorola are T-Mobile...

Like i said....if someone can get it in 2 mins for me....how comes 2 days still got me NOT IN DATABASE....

it puzzles me...

Different suppliers, some are faster others are slower, some were on holiday, others have returned faster.
